I offer sessions both in person and online. My main focus is on partnering with the inherent wisdom of a person’s system to lead us toward what is healing for them in any given moment. This includes both talk and touch based approaches, deeply rooted in respect and practices of consent.
My understanding is that things can get stuck in our systems for a variety of reasons – through our own life experiences, collective experiences, and intergenerationally – and my focus is on supporting whatever shifting wants to happen (in our physical bodies, in our nervous systems, in our minds, energetically, etc) in order for people to have more access to themselves, to the world around them, and to life overall.
I began my 1:1 practice as a bodyworker offering craniosacral therapy in 2014. Since then my practice has evolved into offering a mix of talk-based and touch-based work, through both in person and online sessions. The main modalities I have training in are Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems, and Visionary Craniosacral therapy. My work is also influenced by ongoing learning through Turtle Cypher (previously known as Turtle Tank). Additionally, I have completed a certificate program in Narrative Therapy.
I am queer, trans, and experienced in working with dynamics related to both polyamory and kink . I am best suited to work with people wanting to do longer term, transformational work, though occasionally work with people on a shorter term or more casual basis.
I have a small amount of experience doing relationship work with pairs of two people and am available for pairs work in some situations. Please reach out if you are interested.
For both individual and pairs work, I usually find it helpful to start off by setting up a 15-20 minute phone (or video) call to talk and see if it might be a good fit. I am also open to going right to an initial session. Contact me if you have questions or would like to schedule!
Length/location of sessions
60 minutes, currently only offering virtual sessions. In person sessions may re-open in the future (in Minneapolis, MN)
